Chemistry Test – Residual Solvents, 1 Target:
Chemistry test to measure one residual solvent of the customer’s specification according to United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European Pharmacopeia (EP) and/or The International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH). Health Canada requires that processed cannabis products, such as cannabis concentrates and oils, be tested for the presence of residual solvents used in their manufacture. For example, if a producer uses ethanol in their extraction process, the end product would require testing for residual ethanol.
