Testing services are prepaid. If an order is cancelled before testing begins, and the lab has received the sample, a refund can be issued and the sample will be destroyed. If analysis has commenced, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Submitting a sample to Vivariant is a one-way journey. Any leftover material that isn’t used during analysis is destroyed in order to comply with Health Canada requirements.
We recommend sending samples via Canada Post or FedEx. If using Canada post, we suggest sending Priority, Xpresspost, or Flat rate box as a tracking number is included in the price. Vivariant cannot return samples per Health Canada regulations. See return policy above.
